The Project consisted of 3 basements + ground floor + 8 floors with a total built-up area of 61,100 m² (fully finished).

Starting from the 3rd floor, the Building is divided into two towers:

Tower 1: state-of-the-art hospital equipped with 158 beds, 5 operating rooms.

Tower 2: medical tower - 220 medical clinics. Total built-up area: 61,100 m².
