Notice of General Assembly Meeting

Orascom Construction publishes the shareholders circular and invites shareholders of the Company to attend a General Assembly Meeting (GAM) to be held on Thursday, 22 January 2026, at 4:00 pm (UAE time) at 1501, F15, Tamouh Tower, Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and virtually through an electronic link that will be sent to the shareholders who register their attendance in the GAM.
