Orascom Construction Confirms General Assembly Meeting Date

Orascom Construction PLC (ADX and EGX: ORAS) confirms that the General Assembly Meeting scheduled for 22 January 2026 will be convened as planned.

Shareholders will vote on the proposed combination with OCI Global (Euronext: OCI, “OCI”) in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Shareholders’ Circular and Notice of General Meeting published on 11 December 2025.

The proposed combination is supported by the Sustainable Capital Africa Alpha Fund, Orascom Construction’s largest shareholder outside the Sawiris family, holding 17.1% of the Company’s issued share capital.
