The Weitz Company is serving as the general contractor for the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Telluride, a landmark mixed-use hospitality and residential development located on the final snow-front site in Mountain Village, Colorado.

Spanning approximately 49,400 square meters (532,000 square feet) across 4.5 acres, the development will comprise 52 hotel rooms, 43 hotel residences, and 26 private residences. The project will also feature premium amenities, including ski-in/ski-out access, a spa and fitness center, dining venues, and dedicated resident facilities.

Developed by Fort Partners and Merrimac Ventures, the project is expected to set a new benchmark for luxury hospitality and residential living in the San Juan Mountains and represents the first new luxury hotel and residential development in Telluride in more than 15 years.
