SUMED wanted to develop and operate one fully equipped refined product hub terminal at SUMED‘s Ain Sokhna Complex on the Red Sea Coast at Suez Bay in Egypt, adjacent to the existing crude oil terminal.

The hub includes both onshore and offshore facilities to include the services of storage, loading, unloading and send out of fuel oil, LPG and natural gas.

OC/BESIX JV executed the engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) works of the marine terminal facility.
