Belleview Station – One Belleview and 6900 Layton

One Belleview Station is located at the confluence of Interstate 25 and Interstate 225, two blocks from The Weitz Company’s Denver office. It is a high-performance, extremely efficient, employee-centric office building located at the Belleview Station light rail stop.

Developed by Prime West, in partnership with Goldman Sachs, and built by the design-build team of Gensler and The Weitz Company, the building is the premier, Class A, Transit Oriented Development, office building in the southeast submarket, Metro Denver’s largest office submarket.

“Belleview Station is well on its way to redefining how people can work, shop, dine and live all in one place – making it a signature asset for economic development and underscoring Denver’s position as a leading city for business success,” said Denver Mayor Michael B. Hancock.

Following the great success of the One Belleview Station build, Prime West continued its partnership with Weitz and awarded the team 6900 Layton. Located just 200 feet from the Belleview Station platform, 6900 Layton is the latest addition to the dynamic Belleview Station transit-oriented development in Denver. It offers a walkable urban environment; a large fitness facility with exterior views; private yoga room and lockers; and a first-in-class bike storage accompanied by a fix-it station. The ground floor hosts up to 15,000 square feet of retail space and the lobby is designed with timeless detailing and ample community furniture.

Additionally, the building has an elevated, west-facing exterior terrace, paired with a tenant lounge that houses communal workspace and a gaming area. A large, column-free, 36,150-square-foot flexible floorplate allows for adaptation to multiple space-planning strategies and the floor-to-ceiling glass around the entire perimeter of the floorplan showcases amazing views of Denver’s Front Range.

The 380,000-square-foot, Class AA office building is seeking LEED Gold certification.
