Medical Dental Clinic Replacement, NSA

This $27 million design-build facility was awarded in April 2016 to construct a 5,282 sq. meter (56,859 sq. ft) two-story replacement medical and dental clinic. The clinic building includes outpatient primary and selected specialty care clinics, ancillary departments, medical logistics, dental services, and administrative spaces. The supporting facilities include utilities to support the facilities and other ancillary site improvements to include the relocation of the military working dog training area.

The project was designed by EYP Architecture & Engineering and constructed by Contrack Watts Inc in accordance with the criteria prescribed in Unified Facilities Criteria 4-510-01, CENTCOM OPORDER 0502, Architectural Barriers Act (ABA) Accessibility Standard, and other applicable does and energy conservation legislation.

The project was also designed to LEED 2009 for Healthcare, Silver Certified rating standard, however the Government decided not to pursue the official certification.
