Fairmont Hotel is a five star hotel, located in front of the Nile City Towers on the Nile. The hotel is a 25-storey that has a total of 700 rooms including 467 guestrooms, 102 suites, 2 presidential suites and a gold club lounge.

In addition, the hotel consists of many lobbies, restaurants, bars, health club, ballroom, business center, meeting rooms and swimming pool; with a total built-up area of 70,000 m² including four levels underground.
