The scope of work covered complete turnkey responsibilities for the plant, the storage tanks and all facilities necessary for its operation.

Works included design and building of all non-process buildings, the design and construction of the seawater cooling facilities, all civil works, steel structure supply and erection, mechanical installation, piping fabrication and erection, equipment installation, instrumentation, control and electrical works.
