Completion of EGX Share Buyback

Orascom Construction Limited (NASDAQ Dubai: OC; EGX: ORAS) announces that the buyback offer to shareholders who hold their shares on the Egyptian Exchange has now closed. The Company confirms that it will purchase 1,000,000 shares at EGP 74.05.

The subsequent capital reduction will take place in-line with regulatory requirements.
