Orascom Construction Delivers Largest Methanol Production Facility in USA

Orascom Construction Limited (NASDAQ Dubai: OC; EGX: ORAS) announces the achievement of mechanical completion at Natgasoline, the largest methanol production facility in the United States. The Certificate of Mechanical Completion was signed on 18 April 2018 by both the project owner, Natgasoline, and the main contractor, Orascom Engineering & Construction USA.

Located in Beaumont, Texas, the production facility will have a capacity of up to 1.75 million metric tons per annum.

With this milestone in place, the Group further strengthened its industrial track record, which encompasses petrochemicals, fertilizers and cement projects in 11 countries around the world.
