Orascom Construction PLC Name Change

The Company announces that it will begin trading today under the new name, Orascom Construction PLC, on Nasdaq Dubai and The Egyptian Exchange (previously Orascom Construction Limited). This reflects changes in the new DIFC Companies Law 2018 (DIFC Law No.5 of 2018) and the DIFC Companies Regulations 2018 that were effected in November 2018.

The Company confirms that this name change has no impact on the structure or operations.
