Dubai Parks and Resort, a subsidiary of Meraas Holding, has developed a multi-themed leisure and entertainment project that has 73 attractions in three separate theme parks which is Motion Gate theme park, LEGOLAND theme park and Bollywood theme park.

Phase 2:

Scope included construction of the substructure, superstructure, building envelope, MEP and finishes for logo city, kingdom and back of house for a total of 28 buildings.

Phase 3:

Scope included the construction of the substructure, superstructure, building envelope and electromechanical works for 3 of the 6 areas: Adventureland, factory and Miniland for a total of 17 buildings.
