Orascom Construction Successfully Completes Dual Listing and Trades in UAE and Egypt

Orascom Construction (NASDAQ Dubai: OC; EGX: ORAS) announces that its shares have commenced trading today on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) under the symbol “ORAS”. With OC’s shares trading on NASDAQ Dubai and the EGX, OC has become the first company to be dually listed in the UAE and Egypt.

As part of the Egyptian Offer, OC raised EGP 1.41 billion (approximately USD 185.4 million) through the offering of 12,984,565 new ordinary shares, representing 11% of the total share capital.
